@Cbear : lotsa garlic slices put into slits in the meat before roasting and a rub that has oregano in it. The aroma is fantastic!

@Cbear : Also the bread is hard on the outside and soft inside to absorb the juices and it's very lean and sliced very thin.

@Cbear : They have them at Rosati's and they're pretty good, but better to go to Chicago and get one or go to Portillos in various states.
