Electric airplanes

What a stunner. ðŸ¤© Heart Aerospace revealed its new design, including an expanded capacity to 30 passengers. Coming to the fleet in 2028, the ES-30 is driven by electric motors powered by batteries, allowing it to operate with zero emissions and little noise.

@Blackhorse77 : You don't seem to understand regular aircraft have fuel capacity too........

This is silly.

Fuel emergencies have priority over all others.
Happens daily now.

It's going to be weird to fly on a passenger plane with props but no noise, I would absolutely do it though, having flown in a Grob Vigilant as an RAF cadet in the '90s the thought of a gliding descent doesn't scare me.
