Driver Arrested for DWI in Harris CountyCONSTABLES ARREST A SUSPECTED DRUNK DRIVER On February 23, 2024, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to the 8000 block of FM 1960 Road East in reference to a driver asleep behind the wheel. Upon arriving, the suspect was identified as Gabriel Calderon, who displayed multiple signs of intoxication. For his safety, Standardized Field Sobriety tests were not administered. He was given the opportunity to give a sample of his breath which he refused and a warrant was obtained and executed for a sample of his blood. "Gabriel Calderon was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Driving While Intoxicated. His bond was set at $100.00 out of County Court 13." - Constable Mark Herman
