Harris County PCT 4 Constable Deputies nabbed a wanted man while patrolling in Atascocita on Tuesday. According to reports from PCT 4, on April 3, 2018, deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s office responded to the corner of Atascocita Rd and Will Clayton in reference to a suspicious male. Upon deputies arriving they quickly located and detained the suspect who was identified as Evan Garza (29, Texas City). Constable Deputies discovered that Garza had an open warrant for Felony Assault On Family Member With Previous Conviction and took him into custody. While transporting Garza to jail, he verbally threatened to kill the person that he had assaulted.“Evan Garza was arrested, booked into the Harris County Jail and charged with Retaliation.
