Not sure why this wasn't all over the news and perhaps I just missed it.
Remember when the dems accused Trump of not wanting the R's to give a win to the D's on the boarder vote? Well, here is a D saying the same thing about the Data Centers controversary.

Atascocita888 : You only need look at the amendments tacked on by Republicans. That's why it was refused.

Dems tried to bring forward a clean Anti-trading bill (exact same, without the amendments) but were, of course, refused.

Of course that was left out.

So in the end Dan Crenshaw exposed nothing. Just trying to save face from being primaried.

Nobody wants the damn data centers. They feed off of our water supply because they need to stay cool. They need to be put in cooler climates. The Southern portion of the United State ain't it.

Both parties want and need data centers. Their lobbies are just getting stronger

Better to work with and regulate than fight without reasonable flexibility

Closed loop systems don't overly consume water, but work more like a car radiator.

They will add load to power grid and draw from natural gas. Supply.

They are also noise producers
