When a criminal is smirking in his/her mug shot it makes me want to slap it off their sorry face.

@West-Tex : $100 bond? I thought the punishment was more severe if you're driving drunk with a child in the car.

Maybe because they didn't actually catch him with the kid?

Thank Harris County for the low bond. However, no kid in car so can't charge him with that.
