Constables Arrest a Wanted Theft SuspectOn April 15, 2023, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to the 3800 block of Atascocita Road in reference to shoplifter. Upon deputies arriving, they were advised that a female suspect concealed merchandise.
Constable Deputies located the female suspect and she was identified as Shantyrell Mitchell Smith, who was found to have an open warrant for Theft. The merchandise was recovered and returned to the business. "Shantyrell Mitchell Smith was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for the open warrant. Her bond was set at $100.00 out of County Court 9." - Constable Mark Herman
