Constable Mark Herman's Office Apprehends Intoxicated Driver

CONSTABLES REMOVE A SUSPECTED DRUNK DRIVER FROM PRECINCT 4 ROADWAYS

On January 7, 2024, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to the 5700 block of Woodmancote Drive in reference to a driver who struck a parked vehicle. The driver was identified as Rachel Lucero and displayed multiple signs of intoxication
.
Standardized Field Sobriety Tests were administered and it was determined that she was intoxicated.

"Rachel Lucero was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Driving While Intoxicated. Her bond was set at $100.00 out of County Court 10." - Constable Mark Herman

@Catmae : no, she's not upset and no she doesn't take it seriously because the justice system is not serious about getting drunk off the road and keeping the public safe
