Well, when buying a home adjacent to a major thoroughfare, one would think they'd consider future construction work.
I know it sucks but what else? They're doing their job and getting it done as quickly as possible.

They don't want to work out in the heat either. Hopefully, it won't take long.

They do these things at night because it won't interrupt the traffic flow as much when they have to close lanes/streets. It sucks but it won't be forever.
