Atascocita Repairman Murder UpdateJaime Michael Garcia, 32, was arrested and charged with murder in connection with the repairman, Christopher Walsh's, death. Investigators said the motive is currently unknown.A sheriff's office sergeant said a black sedan was seen leaving the residence, and deputies were working to identify the vehicle and driver.At the time of Walsh's killing, Garcia was already out on bond in three separate cases: one felony aggravated assault case and two misdemeanor cases involving an alleged assault on his girlfriend.The felony case involved a November 2025 shooting, where Garcia was accused of shooting a man multiple times outside a tire shop after a dispute involving a parking incident.Court records say Garcia had prior drug, weapon and theft convictions, had allegedly missed required drug screenings while on bond, and his bond in the murder case has now been denied pending further court proceedings.
