I like the little patch of nature within the giant slab of concrete that Atascocita has become since we moved here. Seeing the deer, turtles and even the gators makes a nice change. If people are dumb enough to swim in there...well karma is a *****.

@Maxsmom : I agree. I think it is all the building that is going on. They all end up at East End and it is full. Hang out the "No vacancy" sign! LOL!

I love seeing gators and other wildlife around. I loved spotting the gator that was in the retention pond in Generation Park a year or so ago. But I understand why they removed it. Go down to Sheldon park and take a look around there, get up in the observation tower and enjoy the views. Some of the nature that is still around for us to see so close to us.
