Atascocita High School Football Finalist for AwardThe Atascocita High School football team is one of 10 finalists for the Dave Campbell’s Texas Football Most Driven Team award. During the regular season, Atascocita senior linebacker Jadon Ducos was named a Most Driven Scholar Athlete. Ducos also received $1,000 in tuition assistance. Because of Ducos “excellence and leadership in the classroom”, according to the news release, the Eagles then became a finalist for the Most Driven Team Award. The team that is voted the Most Driven Team in Texas will be recognized at the 2022 UIL Football State Championships at AT&T Stadium and will be presented with a $10,000 donation back to their school thanks to the support of Pep Boys, according to the website.
