Does anybody have TXU Energy?
We've recently switched from Reliant and just received new bill. The CS Rep didn't say anything about TXU Energy GreenUp fee... $9.95x2??? Do you have it on your bill?
Looks like they signed you up for an add on service. Google tells me it's to support development of greener technology. You can cancel it without penalty. If they can't prove you agreed to it, they should credit you all the fees they've charged so far.

sign up for OGRE energy. They round up thousands up customers and search for the cheapest electricity rates. They switch providers for you by offering new customers to them in bulk. When cheaper competitors come around ogre switches for you. Good way to save
