@ajanise : So? His behavior is just unacceptable, he's an adult teacher, she's a minor, doesn't matter if she 16 or 17.5, he should know better. That's just wrong, keep your hands off of your high school students
@Floyd : No. He was employed last school year is what the principal meant. This school year he wasn't because of the investigation and for the students' safety. Allegations as well. The sad thing is that though he may not be employed here, he still could move to another state and do the same thing again. It's a never ending cycle.
Since he was not working for Humble ISD since he was questioned regarding this last may - I would be curious to know what he has been doing for a job in the past 5 months.

@Sammee : Let's get something straight, this was probably not a consensual relationship, she was probably forced into it. The only reason a girls name got thrown around was because a public document came out with her initials and birthday. I bet a he didn't have any "giddiness" towards what happened and her friends probably didn't have a single clue about what happened until her private life was put on full blast!
@screwyou : Please calm down. This is a very sensitive situation. There are many people out there that would not put any of the blame on this girl. No matter what happened, she is going to have to heal from this. I pray that everything goes smoothly and quickly and doesn't drag on. This is a terrible thing for her and her loved ones to have to go through.
@screwyou : Nobody is blaming her. It's a really sad situation and an ex boyfriend spreading the rumor is awful. They need to do something more to keep a victim's information private. Using her DOB and initials is just absurd. Exactly why is anyone looking up court documents! What satisfaction does that give you? I just don't get it. Just like I don't get what these teachers see in KIDS!
