i had heard of this story a while back and his avoiding the charges i guess they've finally put together a case to prosecute

@carol888 : They've been trying to get him charged with this for a few years. They said the church (Scientology) allegedly covered up.

@MrsT : I really do not count Scientology as a church, it is more of a cult. In my years in NoCal and listening to the stuff they did to people was mind boggling...
