3 different types of dinners over the past week. Chicken Breast strips chicken fried chicken style with homemade gravy. Greek Salad and street tacos.

@Sammee : I am lucky to have her for 40 years and working on more. This time I went bad boy and fried them in a black iron skillet. Needed comfort food , but limited.

This time I went bad boy and fried them in a black iron skillet.

@Astrokatz : If those were air fried, I was thinking you were the Air Fryer Wizard! They look delicious and I've not seen that level of crispiness from an air fryer.
