mastiffrex : Maxsmom : I've never been there but it has been there for a long time. Lost Cajun.

@West-Tex : The first time I went it was terrible. And then I thought after a while that I didn't give it a good enough chance. So I went back a second time it was worse than the first time. So I won't go back again

Ginger Cafe The Ginger Cafe is a restaurant serving Japanese to Chinese cuisine, perfect for a night out eating Asian food. It's at 7548 Fm 1960 Road E, an unassuming place in one of Humble's strip malls. They have the best sushi and bento in the area. Their menu is extensive, but don't be overwhelmed with dishes. You can ask the staff to clarify what you're getting and if it's cooked or served raw. From sushi to poke bowls, noodles to fried rice, bento boxes to donburi, and hibachi entrees, the Ginger Cafe has everything you want in an Asian restaurant.

@West-Tex : When did they reopen?

Tita's Taco House Although many restaurants share the same cuisine, each place offers a different experience and perspective on what their cuisine means and tastes. If you're looking for a quiet little snack to a light meal eating great Mexican food, Tita's Taco House might be just the place you're looking for. Tita's Taco House is a small and quiet restaurant selling delicious Mexican food, and they're famous for their tacos, wraps, and chorizos. Don't let the bright blue building fool you. The place is homey and welcoming, and you'll appreciate the flavorful meal. They're located at 320 Wilson Road. Take note that you may be unable to find parking space as this restaurant attracts many customers.

@West-Tex : Also they close early like 2:00 every day.

West-Tex : I would love to try Chez Nous, I've never spoke to anyone that actually dined there?

@bap : My sister goes there once a year at least. They are supposedly top notch, I believe they're Michelin rated too.

West-Tex : I've never been to Asian city or Ticos tacos.

@Maxsmom : I love Asian City, my husband goes to Titas with my son. I am not a fan of buffet made tacos but they swear by it.

I've been twice to the lost Cajun and I was not impressed either time

The Angry Crab : I did not care for the owner's customer service. Just wanted my food. When we sat down I told the waitress I was a Diabetic and made my order really clear. The owner made it clear she had a problem with us when we complained that the food was coming out piecemeal and took over an hour. I never got mine and it was Mother's Day. I almost ended up in the hospital because my food never came. Never again, rude as hell. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because they were new and I am a lifelong P/T server. We definitely need some more places.

Mi Rancho and El Patron, both have amazing food and service. Bamboo House for Chinese. Big City Wings for Burgers or Pulled Pork Sammies. Tin Roof, still trying to get back to where they are. We still go every few months because we love the people there, sadly many have left though.

I miss Humble Inn. And there was a soul food restaurant on Wilson Rd that me and a coworker used to go eat lunch at on Sundays. Man that food was so good.

@MrsT : Humble Inn pancakes OMG! I miss them too. Don't know about a Soul Food place.

bap : Saltgrass is good but a little pricier than Texas Roadhouse. I will say that I have never been disappointed by Texas Roadhouse. The food is consistently decent

@mastiffrex : Had their Ribs Weds night. The one at the beltway. The ribs were so full of fat and pretty much unedible and mostly Kale in the salad. They could have done better. Sadly unless it's steak I am done with them.

@chasinghosts : I have only been to the one in Kingwood, I'm kind of weird in that I prefer the fattier ribs and brisket

@mastiffrex : I'm not supposed to have any fatty meats at all . But that's why I like baby backs, they shouldn't be fatty and I will only eat them twice or 3 times a year. We don't have enough seafood places here for being on the Gulf. I need to eat more scallops, crab (without a ton of seasoning on it) and lobster) .

Soul Food place.

@chasinghosts : It was by Hippo Burger. When it closed HB moved into its spot.

I'd get the turkey wings, cornbread dressing, bread, gravy, greens and Mac and cheese for $9! Omg it was so good. I'll have to find a pic, I'm sure I took one. 😂

Found it! Took this September 2017

Have y'all ever been to Kelly's? Their cfs is huge.

@MrsT :

I love Kelly's! I hate that it's far but I would drive it…if it wasn't for the traffic! Have you had their baked potatoes? 3 people could eat off of 1! Their food is sooo good! Their breakfast! Yummy!
