I agree with hippo and Taco Flores, def should be there. We still enjoy the original Hippo in Humble. We eat at all 3 in the area, depending on who we are visiting.
We had a lot of family celebrations at Salt grass over the years. The portions got smaller, the food less quality. We switched to Roadhouse, that's our new go to with family and friends.
I miss Humble Inn. And there was a soul food restaurant on Wilson Rd that me and a coworker used to go eat lunch at on Sundays. Man that food was so good.
@bap : Saltgrass is good but a little pricier than Texas Roadhouse. I will say that I have never been disappointed by Texas Roadhouse. The food is consistently decent
Last time I went to Texas Roadhouse I got a cfs that was like 80% breading. Have y'all ever been to Kelly's? Their cfs is huge. I told my husband you don't have to get the big one, regular will be more than enough. 😂
