What is the most bizarre thing you have ever ate? I guess mine would be chocolate covered crickets.

I don't really have aversions to any foods, but I haven't been particularly adventurous… I guess escargot is the strangest I can think of. I did eat some of those big red cutter ants as a kid… on a dare.

I have had caribou, haggis, and blood pudding. The caribou and haggis were good. The blood pudding was t bad, but there is a definite ick factor knowing what you are eating. At least there was for me.

@Floyd :
It wasn't really the taste because it didn't taste bad. It was the texture. At the time I had a perfect comparison for it, but right this minute I can't think of it. It will probably come to me.😂

@bodyboy: The first time I opened up a steamed blue crab to pick and eat it, I ate some weirdly shaped, tasteless chewy things that turned out to be lungs! I love crab meat. Crab lungs? No thanks!

I don't recall, but story is that my brother tricked me into eating worms when I was very little. He did so by "eating" some first. He kept them in his mouth until I ate one. Not sure his logic was sound.

I did get him back some time later, we had a cow pie fight in the pasture and I got him, well, right in the pie hole. He was a couple years older than me, so I took a few lumps for that.... Worth every hard knock....

@Cbear :
An animal of some type. I was in Scotland at the time so I am going to guess sheep. I didn't ask though, because I didn't really want to know.

@Cbear @drmfalcon7 :
It's blood from a pig. In Antwerp, there was a butcher shop on the block we were staying. It SO good!
