Driver arrested for second DWI charge after motor vehicle crashCONSTABLES ARREST SUSPECT FOR HIS SECOND DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED CHARGEOn April 22, 2024, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to the 5400 block of Atascocita Road in reference to motor vehicle crash. Upon deputies arriving, the at fault driver was identified as Pedro Mondragon, who displayed multiple signs of intoxication.
A series of Standardized Field Sobriety Tests were administered and it was determined that he was intoxicated. Further investigation revealed that is alcohol content was 0.251, over three times the legal limit and that he had a prior conviction for Driving While Intoxicated.

"Pedro Mondragon was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Driving While Intoxicated -2nd Offense. His bond was set at $100.00 out of County Court 11." - Constable Mark Herman
