Do people still shop at Penneys?

@CarolS : I haven't shopped there in years. I used to find a lot of good stuff for work. I don't shop as much as I once did. I went in there about a year ago and walked out with nothing. I used to find good stuff at kohls but not having much luck there. My best bet is chicos and talbots. Or Amazon.
