From a 2002 Article about Corey Bradford signing with the Texans:
 
"Houston gave him a three-year deal worth $5.25 million, including a $1.8 million signing bonus. The base salaries are $525,000 (2002), $1.25 million (2003) and $1.675 million (2004). "
 
So, as you can see, he obviously didn't need the money....Never could understand why these extremely wealthy people commit fraud and/or dodge Taxes simply for greed....
