Any Covid-19 Survivors Here?

I lost my job due to Covid-19 back in March 2020. It's been a struggle for me. In fact, I was infected with the virus in July. I had all the symptoms, I would wake up and felt like I was dying. I didn't bother to go to the hospital, for what nothing they can do. After one month, I still felt the symptoms but CDC / Harris county told me not to get re-tested. It really did not make any sense. So I finally got re-tested in August and tested negative. Thank you God for making me a survivor.

Any one else in the area was affected and has recovered?

So far I've survived the world going mad over this... 45 deaths in Alaska and less than 4500 "active" cases, many business have gone under and more won't make it with the current restrictions

I keep turning up negative but I have had a total of 8 employees test positive.

They have all recovered and are currently working today. 👍

One poor guy tested positive 5 times and was out for 11 whole weeks.

I know of people who have had it but not anyone close to me. Thankfully, I have stayed healthy.
@TODD-3465 : Sorry covid has been so cruel to you Emoticon

Yes, it has. I still have some of the symptoms. I continue to have body aches and runny nose, but yet I tested negative. I keep reading that the damage to your organs is permanent. So it's really scary. I'm looking for a job, but at this point I am more worried about survival.

3 of my kids and they have recovered and tested negative. Their main complaint was losing their taste buds.

Thank God. Good to hear the good news. I really hope they come up with a vaccine soon as this virus is not going away. And it will not suddenly disappear.

Thank you but I want to wait till we get a vaccine till I start looking for work. Frankly I think it will only get worse in the winter.

Brother and SIL in East Texas are recovering.
Took about 8 weeks and they said it was something like they never have experienced before.
They are in their 70's and only thing lingering is they get tired quicker.
Still being vigilant with keeping those "corona cooties" away from the Moos.
