Seen tons of BS online, but this is the first time someone I directly enter act with told me it happened to one of their family.But people do make mistakes. I would believe carelessness before an actual conspiracy

@M1cha3lo0o : I've heard this too. 2 at my job and other from my block. They made appointments then cancelled them. Received positive result letters.

@M1cha3lo0o : yes, that would alert them to an issue otherwise they have no idea. I'm inclined it's one off happening sometimes as they do check ID of who's tested.

This is shocking but for some reason, this doesn't surprise me in the least. Let's not forget that in New York they listed all patients as Covid Positive whether they were or not. Some came in negative but then actually caught the virus because they were placed in a covid positive area. Think of the negative elderly that contracted the virus because they were forced into nursing homes where some were positive. Think of the "0" positive from the protesting still going on today. Think of the limited sanitizing stations during the initial protest where they couldn't keep up with the demand. Think of how many spit screaming protesters who couldn't distance themselves from one another due to the huge crowds and contracted the virus through their eyes. Think of the many that touched the outside of their masks then touched everything else. (Limited hand washing stations, closed businesses, no where to go)Think of how many removed their masks to be doused with milk or water after pepper spray, smoke bombs and tear gas that couldn't be reused. Think of the thousands that wore their masks under their nose. (There's plenty of footage of that!)Think of where all these folks were going to the bathroom, that alone gives me the heevie-jeebies. So no, I'm not surprised at anything these days. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I also stated "told me" in my post so that way if the dude lied I still stated fact, because I was told that.

@ParksideRes : yes, I think her label got made as she waited and got put into the rotation and the next patient after her was labeled as her.
I just wonder if that was the only mistake or did it start off a change reaction until someone noticed.

My husband and I both had tests done, different locations, different providers, even different test types.Inboth cases we were shown our label with our name, our specimen collected in our view, and our specimen placed in the bag and sealed, then we were again shown the label.I call B.S.

I can tell you when I was tested none of that was done with mine. She put the swap back in the tube and walked out.Oh. They also stapled someone else's medical info to the back of mine.😮
I can see this being the mistake of one careless individual.

@M1cha3lo0o : Dang!! That is really careless. I've never been part of anything like that - blood donations, urine tests, drugs being administered....nurses and techs are always confirming labels. Where y'all going? 😂

I celebrated my Birthday by eating something I haven't had in like a year.

They handed me my food and then a small orange juice which wasn't my drink, then I looked and the food was an egg McMuffin. They charged me the wrong amount and gave me the wrong food.
I had to sit almost 10 minutes while they fixed everything.
All it takes is one person not following procedure.
