@ginx : That's clearly what he was doing. Although this is not acceptable, I don't think termination is appropriate. Dimmer basic educational training is really all that would have been necessary to eliminate the problem.
If you watch the video itty clearly appears that he wad trying to scan the label. In fact it didn't even appear that he was spitting in the label. It looks as though her spat on his hand and wiped the label.
It says that here is no longer delivering packages, but it doesn't say that he was terminated. Maybe they just transferred him to another position.
Maybe he was transferred to the maintenance department where he could spit polish the lustrous metals in the offices?
