I hate when I see that someone so young just destroys their life like this and kills someone perhaps not without care but more perhaps without foresight of what may happen.

@ladybeachbum : Just never hear some things elsewhere LOL! Not trying to offend. I've asked friends when certain thing have happened here and they are shocked because it doesn't even make National News. Things like when they found the head in the bag on the bridge. People here didn't even seem shocked.
