@Sammee : I haven't been to the beach in a few weeks. I might have gone if I read this earlier. I was planning on going to the parades but it's cold and lots of people with colds and flu so decided I'd miss this year. I think it might be the first time in a lot of years.

Its only visible at night. It's created because the algae is bioluminescent.
