Why didn't we hear about this? Our local newspaper is a joke. When one of our students dies under mysterious circumstances that is stuff I want to know.

It could be that there is so much that happens around here, including tragedies such as this, that it's simply impossible for an individual newspaper or television station to report on everything. But I think together the news sources available around Houston do a pretty good job of covering most stories of interest.

So sad... I can't even imagine receiving that phone call. Hopefully they will be able to find out the truth ... whatever it is.

I see lots of red flags. 15 year old with handgun illegal. No parental supervision or mention the gun belong to any family members most likely illegal gun. This is why it did not make the MSM. Prayers for the family.

Such a sad story. Not sure how I didn't see this one. Sending up prayers for this family and hoping they can get it figured out.

Well with a room full of teens someone is bound to spill the beans if there is another story. Hopefully the family can find a tiny bit of peace in some closer.

Hopefully they did gun shot residue on every child present. That will pretty much tell the tale. Kids playing with guns usually don't have happy endings. Prayers for the family, and his friends. A terrible thin to have witnessed.
