So, she felt threatened and took measures to protect herself by pepper spraying him. She called 911. The police arrived and didn't see any damage. They arrested her for pepper spraying the guy. The judge threw out the arrest charges. Am I misunderstanding this? Since I wasn't there, I can't pass judgement if she felt threatened or not because I don't know how he was threatening her. Do not discount the amount of damage a man can inflict to a woman simply due to his age, as anything can become a weapon.
@Sammee : I think it was dismissed as it was a "he said she said". She felt threatened, guy said he wasn't doing anything. I haven't seen anything about any witnesses. Prosecutors can take to grand jury.
I was at the Bank of America in Atascocita several years ago parked several spaces down and away from the door as I avoid the closer spots due to door dings. As I'm sitting in my jeep with several empty spots around me, the older gentleman pulls in next to me and hits my passenger door with his drivers door hard enough to rock my jeep. I roll down the window and ask him to be more careful, I get out walk around check the door, found a ding!!! And I'll be damn if he didn't come out of the bank and do the same damn thing again. Well, momma lost it and cuss words came flying outta my mouth. It wasn't pretty but I'm anal about my vehicle, where I park and how I park so to get dings really **** me off.
