A fence surrounding a front yard will allow some residents more area to hide their deed restriction violations. That's what back yards are for 😂😂😂 #msg2193341

@susanbanthony : When DH was ACIA president, there was a lady who would get on a step-ladder and take pictures of her neighbor's back yard (deed restrictions), and send them to the board .. Emoticon

That same lady ended up getting on the board!!
