The one on the left ("Emme"/"Oskar Jacob") is a non-binary/trans man.

They do look like their daddy!

(Incidentally, Ben Affleck also has a trans child [Fin] with Jennifer Garner.)

The pic that comes up when you google image search has the kid on the right dressed much differently. The face is slightly altered too.

justanirishgirl : I don't know much about the OP picture, but Oskar (formally "Emme") is the smaller one. Max is the taller one.
