Felony Theft for Stealing $1,300 in Trading Cards from Atascocita Target
On September 17, 2025, deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to a theft call at the Target located in the 6900 block of FM 1960 Road East in Atascocita.
The suspect, identified as Cory Carr Jr., was found to have stolen more than $1,300 worth of trading cards. Deputies also discovered he had multiple prior theft convictions, which elevated the charge to felony theft.
Carr was arrested at the scene and transported to the Harris County Jail. His bond was set at $20,000 by the 495th District Court.
