@bbk : the officer thought had stuck something in my pocket in the CVS, while my gf was shopping.... he walked up to me asked me a question, I proceeded to walk towards the register and he went to grab me so I pulled out of his reach and got blind sided by two of his homeboys and the second one put me in a reverse arm bar choakhold while I was face down already.... I did not throw a punch, kick, or pull any type of weapon.... I was posing absolutely no threat to these thugs!!! Why would I lie or slander cops without good reason on here. All it would do is make me a target, if it were a lie. But I'm sick of the way these dudes thinks they can treat ppl...... I mean really,,, 9 months being brainwashed by the biggest gang in the world..... cops dont do **** but create crime....

2nd thing ---- ( I was posing no threat to these thugs .) That so completely tells what kind of person you are in MY OPINION . In my opinion you would not have gotten into trouble if you didn't put something into your pocket ??? Is that why you wouldn't answer the officers question ? Did you put something into your pocket ? By not answering his question & by not showing respect to the officer that is the exact things that get a person into all sorts of trouble . I do hope you can have a serious change of heart about how you will handle any other situation that may arise in your future . You also deserve respect when you are able to give respect & when you do respect others you will learn & see how they treat you .

I would of stopped and answered his question, but had I not (on the chance I didn't hear him etc), I definitely wouldn't of pulled out of his reach and been defensive, wow! Add I would of went home that evening and watched the Housewives, or whatever, on my own couch without an *** whooping put on me, as I don't like that. Where do you people learn your respect for the law? And how your required to obey the law AND law enforcement?
And your surprised you got your *** whipped?

With a public servant. I had nothing in my pocket nor did my gf..... we were falsy
accused by store clerk who thought she saw something she did not see..... so all of you who wanna paint me as a disrespectful criminal type and disregard that this could happen to you all just the same... I pay taxes and earned what I have.... I posted no threat to these wannabe policemen..... they dont even have to pass a physical training test like real police (HPD/Sheriffs dept) so again.... although they dropped the charges bc they knew they were in the wrong. I will be filing suit, so hopefully they will remember that they represent the justice of the PEACE....... not the art of war or 48 laws of power. Good day to all of you that weighed in on this discussion. Hopefully one day they will jam you all up for a crime that didn't take place, and you will be able to understand my plight in this.

No sir, it could NOT! I'd of stopped and talked to the officer and proved I didn't have anything in my pocket without resisting and disrespecting the law and went about my way. This "I don 't have to stop I didn't do anything wrong" and "you can't ***** with me" attitude you folks take with the police may make you feel like a big man (I don't and never will understand it), but it sure is a hassle when you get your *** whipped and thrown in jail, and then have to hire an atty and go to court etc etc. Nope, not I!

Sure you did, I could of told you that before you started with all your disrespect and not listening to the officer, and that's just the story we are getting, I bet the police has a different one.
PO's have a gun and badge, and a lot of times, an attitude. If either of those 3 don't keep you from disrespecting them every run in (I've had numerous, just handled them differently) you have with them, I hope you enjoy'd your last stay cause you'll see many many more.
