Position Desired: Customer Service Specialist/Receptionist

Cover Letter:
Having worked in the automotive industry for some time, I have learned how to "read" people over the phone and in person. I draw out the individual in an attempt to secure a high customer satisfaction level.

Prior to the automotive field, I worked in animal health, first as the Office Manager for my local animal hospital, then on to inside sales for a veterinary drug distributor.

I also had the benefit of working briefly for a dental oral surgeon. Duties included checking in and out of patients, verifying benefits, taking appointments, submitting claims that were coded by the surgeon, closing the daily cash drawer and A/R.

Desired Compensation / Salary:
14.00/hour
