Responsibilities:

Handle all administrative needs of Executives
Arrange conference calls and meetings
Draft numerous documents
Run errands
Maintain and order supplies

​Qualifications:

Previous experience as an executive secretary, administrative assistant, or paralegal
Strong organizational skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Strong attention to detail
Strong Word & Excel skills
Knowledge of medical terminology very helpful
