The Grill/Prep Cook prepares and cooks meats, vegetables, pita bread and other menu items. They take orders from the cashier/manager, regulate grill temperature, portion food, maintain a clean/sanitary cooking area and equipment, discard waste and expired food, and manage inventory of food supplies.
