Maintenance needed for Multi Family Properties.
Must know drywall, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, schedule make ready turns, HVAC Certified.
Must have own tools.

Skills Required:

1. Ability to walk, climb stairs, bend, stoop, and reach above the head
2. Ability to lift a minimal of 25 pounds
3. Must be organized and good time-management skills
4. Team player with a positive attitude and strong customer service skills
5. Neat in appearance and courteous to all co-workers, vendors, and residents
6. Drug test, criminal background and reliable transportation required.
7. Some early evening, weekend, and on-call shifts may be required.
8. Must have the ability to safely operate small hand tools and mechanical equipment
9. Must be current in certifications for HVAC.
10. Must have effective communication abilities in reading, writing and verbal skills
11. Must be willing to travel between properties from time to time.
