Step Class in the Square Event Details:
Step Aerobics Classes are coming to Redemption Square! These free workouts will be happening every Monday and Wednesday at 6:30 pm, so come prepared to sweat it out and have some fun.
With step aerobics, you'll get a great cardio workout while also toning your body. Our first class will be Wednesday September 7th. So what are you waiting for? Grab a friend and head on over to Redemption Square for some step aerobics fun!
Please bring a mat, water, and towel.
