Registration required. For women ages 18+. This women-only, beginner-friendly, one-hour hike through Jesse Jones Park's gentle sloping paved and primitive woodland trails is for those who believe in the restorative power that nature has on the mind, body, and spirit. It's a wonderful place to connect with nature and fellow outdoor enthusiasts. The group will meet in front of the Nature Center at 7:45 and start the hike promptly at 8. Be sure to bring water with you and wear comfortable walking shoes. Consult your physician before starting any exercise program.
